i wear eyeliner, have "teased" hair, and want a lip ring;; i must be a scene.

if you MUST label the "scene" kids, then i suppose you could say that we all dress to get attention, and do our hair in crazy colours because it makes us look like stoplights, or wear eyeliner so our eyes look dark.

there isn't a rule where people have to be labeled;; people like you do that.
everyone says they want to be different, but when people actually try to be different [like said "scene" kids] everyone treats them as outcasts and makes fun of them.
I'm not going say something like " why can't we all get along," because that's unnecessary but really;; if everyone had to dress a certain way [uniforms] and couldn't wear make-up, not show their true sexuality, and all had to have their natrual hair colours and the same hair cut, don't you think we would all look at everyone's personalities and decide THEN who our true friends are ?
